To help automate testing your applications or deployed Linux systems, use the Linux Verification Suite (LVS) testing plug-in. Using LVS, you can create your own tests or use the TestWare test suites downloaded from the Repository. LVS runs the tests on the target, and collects and displays the data. You can then run reports to be displayed, printed, or exported as HTML or CSV files. LVS provides the following benefits:
- Avoid the risk of delivering a partially operable package
- Minimize your time to market by eliminating the cumbersome task of creating test scenarios from scratch
- Ensure that your product functions as expected – before it goes to market
- Use the testing tools with any Linux distribution
The TimeStorm Linux Verification Suite User's Guide PDF file gives instructions on installing and using the TimeStorm LVS.
