How to use Lantronix Web Manager

This utility allows you to quickly transfer new firmware to your Lantronix board.

You will need the following items:

  • Lantronix PremierWave Board
  • USB A-to-Mini-B Cable
  • Ethernet cable
  • Combined kernel and UBIFS rom image

Once you have all of the necessary components, you should perform the following steps:

  1. Connect the USB debug port on the board to the your host.
  2. Connect the ethernet port on the board to your host.
  3. Connect the power supply to your board.
  4. Set the IP address:
    # ifconfig eth0 10.2.0.10
  5. Input the IP address of the board into a browser:
        The default credentials are:
    User Name: admin
    Password: PASS
  6. Select System.
  7. Click Browse under Upload New Firmware and navigate to your file.
  8. Click Upload.
